About Us » Consumer Advisory Committee
We are seeking new members to join our 2024 YourCH Community Advisory Committee. If you or someone you know would enjoy contributing to how YourCH designs, plans, evaluates and improves the way we work and support our clients, then we would love for you to be involved. Download the position description for more information and visit our volunteer platform to create a profile and apply.
Our Consumer Advisory Committee brings the voices and experiences of consumers, carers and the community into our decision making and governance. They provide input, advice and feedback to inform and improve our services.
Including Consumer voices in our planning and decision making ensures that our services encompass community need, that our community feels safe and secure when accessing our services, and that they can be confident in the quality of care provided. Our Consumer Advisory Committee also provide important insights into the cultural and social contexts of that community that our service works within.
The Community Advisory Committee is just one way that consumers have a voice and input into Your Community Health. The Committee also includes Your Community Health staff.
