Your Community Health is a provider of Commonwealth subsidised aged care services and is therefore required to comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
We are assessed against these Standards to ensure we deliver high-quality services that support better outcomes for our clients, reflecting the level of care the community can expect from organisations that provide Commonwealth subsidised aged care services.
As part of the assessment process, we are required to provide evidence of compliance with and performance against these Standards. On 7-8 September 2022, we will also undergo a formal audit with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and are seeking clients to provide their feedback on the quality of aged care services we deliver. This process is optional and ways to provide feedback are outlined in the letter below.
