*Consultation on our Reconciliation Action Plan is now closed.
We are developing our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and deepening our efforts to support and work with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community.
Outlining the roadmap to our Reconciliation Journey, our new RAP will run for 18 months and focuses on:
- Building meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations.
- Increasing our understanding of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and knowledge.
- Improving employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples through recruitment and supplier opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining an effective and engaged RAP Working Group to drive progress and outcomes.
We are committed to delivering great services and supports to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. Launching this RAP is key to doing so in a meaningful and culturally sensitive way that centres the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We are seeking input from the community on our RAP by 11:59pm on 17 June, which you can provide via the form below, before it is submitted for endorsement by Reconciliation Australia and our Board.
